AXON9 Distributor is a private enterprise tool used exclusively by authorized personnel for the management, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring of content across corporately owned digital properties and virtual brands operated by AXON9 and its affiliated entities.
The Application is not available to the general public, does not offer public registration, and is not provided as a commercial Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform.
Because the Application is designed exclusively for internal business operations, AXON9 does not collect, harvest, purchase, scrape, or track personal information belonging to members of the general public, viewers, consumers, or external audiences.
For authorized administrators and operators, the Application may process only the information necessary to provide its intended functionality, including:

The Application integrates with YouTube Data API Services to facilitate content publishing and management on authorized corporate YouTube channels.

The Application uses authorized API scopes, including but not limited to:

These permissions are used solely to:

Personal viewer information
Subscriber identities
Private user communications

AXON9's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Information obtained through Google APIs is used exclusively to provide authorized Application functionality and is never used for:

Marketing profiling
Sale to third parties
Data brokerage
Unauthorized analytics
AXON9 does not sell, lease, transfer, or distribute Google API-derived data to third parties except where required by law.

The Application integrates with TikTok Developer APIs for authorized content publishing activities.
The Application uses TikTok API permissions solely to:
Upload videos

Manage publishing workflows
Maintain authorized corporate accounts
The Application does not:

Collect follower information
Store public interaction data unrelated to publishing operations
All communications with TikTok services are performed using encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections.
The Application integrates with Meta Graph API, Facebook Pages API, and Instagram Graph API.
Authorized permissions may include:

These permissions are used solely to:
Publish content
Schedule content
Manage authorized corporate accounts
Monitor publishing status
The Application does not access or store:
Personal Facebook user information
Personal Instagram user information

Access permissions may be revoked directly through Meta Business Suite, Facebook Settings, or Meta App Settings.
AXON9 follows data minimization principles and retains information only for the period necessary to provide authorized Application functionality.
Authentication credentials and technical metadata are retained only while required for authorized access and operation.
Such information is deleted following:
Access revocation
Account removal
Administrative deletion requests
Security-related account termination
Operational publishing records may be retained for auditing, troubleshooting, compliance, and business continuity purposes.
AXON9 implements strict data deletion and sanitization procedures.
Media assets processed by the Application may be temporarily cached during publishing workflows.
Following successful processing and publication, temporary media files may be automatically deleted from processing environments.
OAuth credentials, tokens, authentication session data, and related technical records may be securely deleted when access is revoked or no longer required.

AXON9 employs industry-standard technical and organizational measures designed to protect its infrastructure and data.
